"Not so great"
Location average, rooms and staff below average, breakfast average...not what we expected. The only positive part of the experience was the young man serving breakfast, everyone else in the hotel was not at all enthusiastic to help with anything! The room had mold stains on the ceiling, and you had to wait forever to get any hot water in the sink. Location […] is not walking distance to historic part of St. Augustine. "It's the little things"
No pot in the coffee maker. The hot (?) water might have hit 80 degress. Beware of mattresses with an added pad. It was a little rough on my back.They advertise Wi-Fi. I couldn't find it.This is the first hotel I ever stayed at that did not promote businesses in the immediate area for dining or shopping. We enjoyed the stay. All the staff were friendly and polite, hotel was clean but only thing we didn't like was there was no microwave or refrigerator in the room and the papers in the room stated all rooms had them in there false advertisement.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
