"More hot water"
The hotel was clean, but the "hot" water was anything but. I stayed for three days and had to take luke warm showers the entire stay. The room was clean, but it looked like the maid rushed thru to get it done.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Satisfactory service with exceptions."
Systems issues: Air conditioner extremely noisy. Upon arrival at the hotel in the evenings my access card had to be remagnetized 9/21 and 9/22 to enter room. "Cold showers in Porterville"
I arrived at 11:00PM and went to my room where I found that there was no hot water. It was late and I just suffered. When I returned the next evening I was informed that the hot water was still out. I suffered once again on assurances that it would be fixed by the next day. Upon my return the next evening still no hot water.
