"Very nice, except for the beds"

Check in was more complicated that it should have been and took forever. I reserved two rooms, but upon reserving, I had to put the names of who would be occupying each room. Upon check in, I was only given one room, when I told him there were two, he said he couldn't find it. "Hard Night's Sleep"
The hotel was clean and the room was clean. It is conveniently located right off the highway with food nearby. The only two downsides were there is no elevator (only a two story, so this might not bother a lot of people) and the matress was the hardest thing I've ever slept on in my life. "good place to stay for the casino"
We stayed 1 night because we were going to a concert at the eagle mountain casino which was close to hotel. we did not know about their breakfast until we left and was reading the reciept. The girls at the front desk were nice and helpful with our questions but should have metioned the breakfast. We had a standard king and were very pleased with the […] bathroom and comfortable bed. "Above Avg Hotel - not too far from Sequoia Nat'l"
Nice Hotel with beautiful courtyard style garden and pool - Great breakfast with waffles - Breakfast lady was soooo nice and welcoming - big kudos to her for such a warming smile and welcoming attitude every morning. Systems issues: Air conditioner extremely noisy. Upon arrival at the hotel in the evenings my access card had to be remagnetized 9/21 and 9/22 to enter room. The hotel is clean, the rooms are big and clean, as was the bathroom. The Pool and Spa are nice and well located. The Hotel is not well located but I'm not sure anything is in Porterville. The neighborhood is not good at all, not dangerous, just unattractive.
