My family and I stayed overnight we were throwing a surprise party for my Mother. This hotel is nice and clean, and for the most part, the hotel staff were friendly and highly efficient. The only problem that we encountered during our stay was that our room was HOT. The air conditioning unit was NOT blowing cool air, leaving our room approximately 75 degrees during the evening hours and warming up during the nighttime. "very noisy"
the room we stayed was very noisy. there are two huge air conditioner machine right under our window, the whole night we can't go to sleep. We can't move to different room because all rooms were sold out.
