"First Ever Family Vacation in 15 years."
We took our first ever family vacation in 15 years since we got married and had kids. This is where we stayed. The front desk staff was great. One in particular went above and beyond customer service. I wish I had paid attention to his name. (Isaac, Brayden or Carlos) short-approx 5' 7", spikey hair, goatee. The other staff members privided fast-food numbers that deliver thereby not forcing use to use room service. That was cool. The bad things - carpets dirty, under sofa I found old sock, dust, soda lid. Our white socks turned dirty gray after a few hours. Coffee maker dusty and dirty and couldnt/wouldnt use it. This makes me wonder if the linens are cleaned or the sofa. Best not to think about it. I blame the cleaning staff for this and that is why they dont get 5 stars. I would definitely stay there again. "The best golf just down the road."

"Nice place to stay"
Overall this hotel was pretty nice. The staff was all very friendly but the dining service was mediocre. We had to keep calling over our waiters (who were also doing check-in and seemed to be understaffed for a Friday night). The rooms were large and comfortable. One of my only gripes was that driving to this hotel took forever. you had to keep circling […] the highway and looping around to get to the entrance of the hotel. "Good but not great."
The room was nice and clean, the double beds were comfortable but a little small. Double queens should have been much nicer though the fit was already tight with the doubles. The tv is in an odd place. Right between the bed area and living area. All the family could not watch the tv comfortably or clearly... And The the toilet was clogged. Asked for […] a plunger so we could use the bathroom and none came. After 20 min of waiting I got a hold of a house keeper and asked her for one. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of hot and cold foods and drinks but fell short again as all my daughter likes is hot chocolate but there was none to be found. When I asked about food he pushed the food that the kitchen staff could fix, for a fee, just a little too hard. If you try to access it via Sunport Blvd. you'll end up driving through the entire airport but still miss the hotel. It must be accessed via a stub segment of University Blvd. that doesn't connect to the main portion of University--also confusing. By car, take the Gibson exit from I-25, go right (south) on Yale, turn right on Randolph (it's easy to miss), then left onto the short segment of University and right on Woodward Road to get to Sunport Place, the access loop for the hotel. As I understand this hotel was formerly an AmeriSuites, so the rooms were very large. The lobby was very modern and quite nice. Our room was also nice and had two Qn Beds separated by a wall that held a living area w/ kitchenette and a good sized desk. But this wasn't even the best part of the stay.
