The plush pillow top bed was so comfortable. I have stayed here several times and it appears some rooms have softer beds than others. I had been told to book through hotel the last two times for best prices and yet this time when I asked them for their best rate, I was given a higher rate then what I was looking at on Hotels.com through my mobile phone. "convenient location to major highways (I-25/I-40)"
I thought the location was good and convenient from the Alburquerque Airport and Santa Fe, which was one of the places my friends and I went to visit. The Nativo Lodge is a nice hotel with a beautiful ambiance; however during our stay we encountered an envasion of moths in our room and other parts of the hotel. We were informed that it was "moth" season […] and was given a "fly swatter". The engineer did go in our room to vacuum the moths. Another issue was, we had to call room service just about every morning (we stayed for 4 nights) for clean/extra towels. We also went to the bar and the music they played was terrible. We were informed by the bartender that the hotel makes the selection. I feel they should offer the guest the opportunity to listen to the station or music of their choice. We loved this hotel. The rooms were not only clean but very comfortable. The beds were the BEST!! Our only minor complaint would be the comforter was heavy and we didn't find any other blankets. Upon check-in, we were told they were having the grand opening of their new night club (in the hotel lobby) and we were promised that we would not hear the noise at all. On the opening night of the club we went out to dinner with friends. Came back around 10:30 and it took us 45 minutes to find a parking spot at our own hotel.
