"very disappointed"
Hotel room is outdated, worn out, fridge is covered with rust, room is so small that you start feeling claustrofobic. Location is OK for family trip - away from busy streets, but not too far. Continental breakfast consists of bagels, english muffins, 4 bananas (literaly 4 for the entire hotel) and some oranges. Lady at the front office didn't smile […] once, gave her instruction in a robotic voice, felt like we were imposing. Arrivés à 19h00, la réception et l'hotel étaient fermés, aucune information expliquant qu'il fallait arriver avant 18h00, avons pu rentrer dans la cour grâce à un client puis avons appelé un numéro d'urgence et sommes tombés sur une personne fortement désagréable qui s'est déplacée et nous a enguirlandé pour l'avoir faite déplacée sans raison puisque […] qu'une enveloppe avec les clés étaient accrochées à un crochet (encore aurait il fallut la voir et le savoir). La réceptionniste du matin a été très courtoise bien que surprise de l'attitude de la personne la veille. Un petir déjeuné qui n'en est pas un.
