It was ok. I just didnt like how the front desk was a little rude. I got a 2 bed room villa i was only staying one night. I went with my cousing that just got back from Iraq and he's never been to the keys and he always wanted to go, so i decided to take him as a surprise. When i got there i went to go check in. The front desk saw my cousing with is […] girl friend and just started to tell me oh i have to charge you for another gues plus tax I was like hold up i got a 2 bedroom villa why would i get a two bedroom villa for if i was coming alone. He was very rude!! I mean i just came in and he was already barking at me and i was only staying one night not even 24 hr!!! like come on!!!! they charged me $ 76 extra!!!! That sucks first time that ever happend!! its funny how people are he said rules are rules when i came back that night i told a different front desk agent what time the pool close he said 10 pm it was 1030 he said i know you guys are on vacation and that he hates that rule and told me if your quite you can go in. I like the place. I have stayed there before and will return again. The staff is generally helpfull. There were two issues with the room, however, it smelled of smoke and there was blood on one of the chairs.

Great hotel and wonderful staff. One bedroom, bedrooms are a little small and the beds could be more up to date but overall the accomodations are extremely clean and modern. The pool area is very pleasant and Derek is very accommodating. Deserves a number one rating in Key West and we will chose this hotel when we return to the area.

Very nice amenities , the place was cozy especially the pool area ... The hotel and the suite very clean, the happy hour and the smoothies were a nice touch plus the dove chocolate bars ... The only two things I had issues with were that first the rooms were on the small side... With a low platform bed, it was kinda tight to maneuver around and also […] the rate listed for a two bedroom suite was good for 2 people so if there are 4 people in your group, you have to pay surcharge per person on top of the resort fee per night... That was tough for me to understand... More often than not you would would have 4 people for a two bedroom suite, surcharge would be more logical if you have more than 4.... Some of the staff was most helpful (Christie), others not so much. The bedrooms were cramped. We would want a larger suite if we return. The pool and grounds were kept immaculate. We had a two bedroom suite (queens, multi-level) which had a great layout and was nicely appointed with modern decor. Perfect location for us. Close enough to walk Duval Street, but quiet & tucked away from the craziness. We didn't go to the beach so can't comment on that. Nice touches like complimentary smoothies & happy hour, chocolates on your pillow. […] Private parking lot was nice too. Made the $15 resort fee seem OK for us. Only small complaint was cleaniness. It was clean "enough" -- pretty much same standards I see elsewhere, but I really like things clean so I would have appreciated a bit more. (eg. 1-2 stray hairs in bathroom, drips of juice under wall at kitchen counter, floors seem swept vs. mopped). A beautiful facility with an outstanding outdoor pool area. The facility was well kept and suite was clean and well appointed. The only problems were the very small bedrooms and noise from a vent on one night of our stay. We literally had about 1 foot of clearance on the sides of the bed and about 4 feet at the base. While our overall hotel experience was excellent, we were surprised by one very off-putting service encounter. One evening, around 10:00 or 11:00 pm, my husband and I called to ask for sheets to put on the pullout sofa bed. The couch was not very comfortable to sit on while watching a movie, but since there was no DVD player in the bedroom, we had […] to stay in the living room. The night audit asked me why I needed these, and suggested that I should have asked before now. He then told me that he was busy with his work, and it wasn't really his job to go find the sheets. I told him never mind, that I wouldn't want to inconvenience him. He accepted my answer and ended the conversation. While all other hotel associates were more than accommodating and provided perfect hospitality, the night audit encounter infuriated me. Bottom line: this is a small resort. There may not be someone ready to help you with your needs 24 hours a day. You probably either have to accept this going in or demand better service. Otherwise, our room was beautiful! We loved having a full kitchen, muffins, ice cream bars, and unlimited pool side smoothies - compliments of the hotel. We enjoyed our privacy and had the place mostly to ourselves, so I would be interested to go back when every room was full. This place is perfect for friends and family looking to share costs. I normally stay on 0 Duval Street when visiting Key West, this resort is on the other, more quiet end of the island. Make sure you get scooters, it's a long walk to all the excitment. The room was okay, nice and clean. The bedrooms are very small, and the bed is almost on the floor. I found the Santa Maria Suites clean and tastefully furnished in an European deco- including pull out freezer and refrigerator drawers and cabinets. The suites are very clean and the pool grounds well maintained. The hotel staff facilitated an easy move-in experience and helpful logistics for exploring Key West. There was attractive but narrow beach […] access provided at southernmost point hotel, with beach chairs included. This was most satisfactory but would be more challenging to access during the height of travel season. For negatives, our bed mattresses were average in comfort; the bedrooms are small and the low lying bed frame and narrow pathway alongside the bed can be a potential hazard. My wi-fi access was only accessible from the balcony of our suite; the staff advised us at checkout that ethernet cables are provided in cases of poor wi-fi reception. Hatten eine 2-stöckige Luxussuite mit voll ausgestatteter Küche und 3 Balkonen! Zu Fusd keine 5 min zum Meer. Personal war sehr nett. Gab Muffins gratis bis zum abwinken und am Pool Smoothis. Duval Street war auch super zu Fuss erreichbar. Würde wieder dort hin gehen.

お部屋が広く快適でした。 キッチンも綺麗で素敵でした。 電子レンジはSHARP製で嬉しかったです♪ ですが、調味料系は一切無いので、短期滞在の場合は冷凍食品等上手く使って食費節約することにしました。 また洗濯機・乾燥機も付いていて、 水着やらタオルやらを洗濯できて助かりました。 近くにビーチもあって、とても楽しめ、 お部屋でゆっくり疲れを癒すことが出来ました。 またキーウエストに行きたいと思えるようなホテルでした。
