"Good Hotel"
The hotel does not have beach despite, a schematic hotel shows aninformation regarding to swimming at the beach.., but no!, the hotel does not have any beach. They clean the room everyday but they put body lotion only once in 5 days, and shampu/conditioner not every day. The same situation with the coffee station, they did not complete the station 100% […] every day. The photos of the coctails to drink at the blue bar look great but no, they use plastic cups, no glass cup. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Want beach not the hotel to stay"
I thought they were on the beach but all it had was a platform with sand. I also think it is rediculus to have to pay for parking your car when you ate staying there. If you want a beach this is not the hotel but if you don't care either way then it was an ok hotel.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Very nice room but poor service"
Great room. Poor service. We enjoyed the comfortable room but the room was dirty when we got thereGenuine Expedia guest review
"Pleasant enough"
Almost everything about this hotel was pleasant there are however a few things that might be mentioned. Their inability to organize the shuttle to and from downtown was aggravating. The pick up was in slightly different locations causing frustration when attempting to line up for it there by letting people who just arrived on in front of people who […] had been waiting a half an hour or more. Plus I heard that some people had items missing from their rooms on several nights, I however did not have this problem. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Relaxing pool/beach time and great night life"
This hotel was an OK place for a spring vacation. It was a good place to hang out around the pool or on the "beach" during the daytime and hit the downtown nightlife in the evenings. The hotel shuttle is its most important asset to assure the complete Key West vacation.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Noise"
I was in a standard room. There was a door from the outside that lead to a vestibule that had two rooms off it. In the vestibule, there were laundry machines. In the morning, staff would come in and talk loudly and make noise while making noise. One night the drier was running at 11 p.m. I guess that's why the room was offered a such a discount price. They […] also wanted $15 a day to park. The hotel is 3 miles outside of Old Town and there is more than ample parking, including a 3-story garage with a dozen cars at it's fullest. They "kindly" removed the parking fees because of the noise. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not much of a beach"
The hotel has impeccable rooms and service but is certainly at a disadvantage when it comes to location. There are probably very few rooms with a decent golf view as most of the "A units" are facing an ugly building complex across the water. The view from the rest of the units (B, C) is even more terrible but the tragedy is that you have to live in […] the dark inside in case you want some privacy. A shuttle service to downtown is a brilliant idea as it avoids you the hassle of finding a parking spot in Key West but, at the same time, you will have to pay a substantial covered parking fee at the hotel for your own car. "Key West with friends"
Great Room with the exception of an unusual bathtub which I consider dangerous for any person to use. There are no grab bars The Tiles is slippery when wet other then that this hotel is a dream come true for experiencing Key West. The shuttle is excellentGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Key West - Basic Hotel"
Rooms are kind of tight, but its clean and the staff is friendly. It's nice to not be right in the center of town, but you do need a car/scooter there.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice but Not Convenient to Duval"
Pros - Marriott was clean, staff courteous, restaurant very good. The room was very clean and stylishly furnished. Cons - No ice machines, snacks available unless you went down to the front desk or ordered room service. Worst view in the house too - of a four lane street. Houskeeping did not clean room on weekends until 5pm - very inconvenient as it […] prevented us from taking afternoon siestas before heading down to Duval for the night life. Location sucks. Hotel provides a shuttle to Duval, but it is only run hourly and was constantly crowded or on overflow. Marriott used to have the Casa Marina which is in a terrific location at the southern end of Duval but is now part of the Waldorf-Astoria chain. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
