The southernmost part of the continental U.S., several presidents and writers have spent time here. Popular tourist attractions include the Ernest Hemingway House on the southern end of the island, and Truman Annex in Old Town. Within the annex is Bahama Village, a home to many citizens of African-Bahamian descent, who settled Key West in the early 19th century.see all hotels in Key West
Okay for the price but it doesn't necessarily do what you want. Breakfast is okay. Great price for Key West.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"free transport is good"
Is confortably. Good breakfast.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Compared to usual hotels in the key west, FL, it is good place to stay. It provides shuttles to travel around the island. It is old building and need some repair including eaves in the roof.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Good location, but poorly maintained rooms. Breakfast area was crowded at times, but breakfast quality was goodGenuine Hotels.com guest review
HOTEL SIMPLE BUT CLEAN, FORGET THE FREE SERVICES, NOTHING WAS WORKING, NO INTERNET, NO WORKING SAFE IN THE ROOM.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Good breakfast ( bagels, danish, cereal ), good location & shuttle. Breakfast is always crowded but then again you are in Key West. I stayed 4 nights room service only came once. Shower was finicky. You get what you pay for and after all this was the cheapest rate on the island.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel stay was fine. The staff was nothing less than courteous but when I checked out the desk personnel informed me of an extra fee I had to pay. I asked her what it was and she replied, "This is a resort fee" - I was disappointed because I do not like to be nickel-ed and dime'd. She also said that the resort fees comprise of the 'complimentary […] breakfast', telephone in the rooms, and parking. To be clear, I did not use the telephone, I was under the impression breakfast was COMPLIMENTARY, and I've never yet had to pay for parking at any hotel in my life (not as though they were lacking parking spaces). The fee was $9.00 Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"It is an average hotel for families."
The hotel is totally lacking in maintenance. The hallways are dirty. The gardens are not maintained.Genuine Expedia guest review
No internet connection in my room. The recepcionist give me the Tecnical Support Phone and I had to call by myself. Nobody answer at friday 3pm,Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"A little bit old hotel"
The room is clean. A little bit old hotel. Some uitilities does not work. The airconditioner is noisy.Genuine Expedia guest review
Hotel is outdated. Air conditioner is very loud. Room was a little musty, but generally clean. Have to drive or take bus to the center of town where the tourist attractions are. Not much around hotel. I guess everything in Key West is expensive, but this place was not worth the price.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Barely a 2 star experience"
This hotel is barely a 2 star. It is old and worn out. On the exterior the stucco and concrete is deteriorating and you can see large cracks and exposed rebar. Everywhere you look there are examples of patch work repairs. Furniture was chipped and dated. Carpets were so dirty that the soles of our feet were black. Paid extra for poolside and queen size […] beds. They put us in a room that was technically on the same side as the pool but no pool in sight. Room also had double beds. Management did change rooms for a poolside with queens but they acted like they were doing us a great favor. Wifi did not work in the rooms - had to go to the lobby to get a signal. Breakfast selection was fine but it was like feeding time at the zoo. We grabbed food and ate in our room to avoid the crowd. Hotel is located at the furthest point possible from the fun parts of the island. Free shuttle service was good but crowded at times. If you are planning a trip to Key West check out some of the bed and breakfast options instead of this place - we wandered into a couple of the b&b's right downtown and they were beautiful and not much more expensive than what we paid. Spend the extra few bucks and skip the Quality Inn. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"A good choice in Key West"
If you want to stay in Key West while not being able to afford higher price, this is a good choice. It locates in the island, but just at the entrance, far from main attractions. Acceptable room and service, good breakfast.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"In key west"
I had a good time in Key West. The hotel was not the best of my memories there.Genuine Expedia guest review
We stayed here for only 1 night. The room looked very spacious, but the carpet was overdue for a change! Maybe the design or the color - it looked super dirty that U dont want to remove sandals in the room ;-) Also, saw a small stain in the white sheetset and started wondering whether they changed the sheetset or not! Also, the toilet was not working, […] but they immediately came to fix it. Coffee maker was useful. Their breakfast is absolutely lovely. Gave more points just for the nice breakfast. Overall, decent stay for a night in Keywest. Also, they gave us free shuttle services to see downtown Keywest and we used it nicely. Without that we wud have hard time going downtown, parking etc. So, for the breakfast & shuttle service, recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay for a night or two in keywest. "a Budget hotel"
The bath tub had a depression in the middle which collected water after every shower. It is kind of yucky to step into the bath tub. Of course this wasn't something they could have resolved overnight. We had the water drained for us but I am sure they would have changed the room if we had asked. Service desk personnel were friendly and cooperative. […] There is a shuttle that takes you to one end of Duval St (downtown) and the "southernmost point of the US". I don't think that for the money paid I would have gotten anything better. There was no microwave or refrigerator in the room. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"not happy with the additional fee that was charged"
The hotel was dated but seemed clean enough. The breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. We got to the hotel, which we thought had been totally paid for, only to find out there was an additional daily fee of which we were not aware. I felt like we were being scammed by the hotel. And the person checking us in was very condescending and rude. […] The concierege was very helpful. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"It was OK, but"
The TV had bad pictures, the hairdryer didn`t work and I couldn`t lite a couple of the lamps. Clos to a free shuttle into city was good. Free parking.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Review from your Canadian cousin"
Overall it was fine. The staff was friendly but the place need a facelift. Not what we consider deluxe rooming here in Montreal Canada. Sorry!Genuine Expedia guest review

"Good hotel to crash on a week end on the town"
Very good value for the price. Good breakfast and free shuttle to downtown Key West. Perfect place to crash on a week end on the town!Genuine Expedia guest review
"You Get What You Pay For."
Room was okay. It never got cool in there and the air conditioner blew the whole time. It was just too small for the room. The pool has a black ring around it and is need of serious cleaning.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Few problems, but mostly ok."
The WiFi was impossible to get connected too, and stay connected. Not a good thing, for someone who is traveling with work Even with the help of their IT dept. The air conditioner was set as low as it could go, and still didn't keep the room cool. I did enjoy the free bus shuttle service to the beach and downtown. Very Convenient!Genuine Expedia guest review
For the cost of the room per night, I expected it to look a little better. I realize that it is a Quality Inn but my shower wall had permanent stains. We spent so little time in room it really didn't matter. We came to see fireworks which we watched from the room due to the rain.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Ok...but we're glad we stay only one night"
It was among the cheapest in Key West, but a bit run down from outside, uneven hallways, some holes in walls here and there. Room was clean ,ok but the AC was loud and we woke us up few times during the night. The complimentary breakfast was good , plenty of choice. For one night was ok .Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Watch out for hidden fees!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
OkGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Ok for the price"
I wasn't too happy with the quality of the room or the beds - the bed was creaky and moved a bit too much. Room was dingy as were the corridors and public areas. The breakfast room and lobby weren't bad. Breakfast has boiled eggs and sausages and fresh waffles. Overall, an ok choice for the cost, but can't give it a thumbs up.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Bottom Line, I came to enjoy the Keys"
Bottom Line: If you are going to the keys to see the keys, fish, eat at all the great restaurants, drink too much and hit the beaches then stay at the Quality Inn. It is a bed a sink and a TV. A place to crash that does not coast a fortune. It is clean enough and the island is smaller than downtown New York so you are close to everything! So spend money […] on a great evening out or an awesome off shore fishing charter. Not a room you spend 6 hours in just sleeping. But if you are an "Impress my friends type" Stay away. The Hilton is around the corner. The Keys are awesome!!! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"key west quality laid back?"
location is ok with free shuttle into town. Paid a lot of money due to holiday weekend. beds ok room clean and spacy. rest so soGenuine Expedia guest review
The staff was nice but the hotel itself was in need of,some updating. Price was resonable.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"PRICE WAS VERY EXPENSIVE"
I do not beleive that the price paid was worth the money. What I spent a night for a room in an old delapidated hotel was not worth it to me. I will not stay there again. The safe in the room did not operate. I had not place to store any valuables. We received no room service while we there. No room cleaning at all. Over all the price was absurd for […] the condition of the hotel and there were no amenities except a shuttle ride to downtown that dropped you off about 6 blocks from were the action is and the condition of the buses could use a little help. "Very well- located"
I like the location and the service sin general a little bit expensive though.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"nice room, no frills"
Comfortable, clean. No frills. Our friends stayed at the Days Inn next door and I think Quality Inn was nicer.Genuine Expedia guest review
"beware of "water front" hotels in Key West"
A lot of them are on dirty inlets that you can't and would not want to swim in. This includes some of the higher end brands here. The QI did not claim to be water front and I am glad we ended up here even though it was out of desperation as occupancy was very high on the island when we got here (came on a whim). I was hell bent on an ocean front hotel […] but as far as I can tell the only ones that are on a true beach & ocean are the Sheraton & the Westin. The QI was fine. No frills. Pool was quite nice. Room was slightly dirty but you get what you pay for. Everything here is so close that it almost doesn't matter where you stay. This hotel is just a few minutes drive to downtown & Smathers Beach. "Roosters and Hot Water..."
They need to put regualtors on the hot water in the showers! Local roving roosters wake folks at night...protected under Key West law..... The staff is great, but the motel needs to be updated....Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Quality INN in Key West"
needs a little updating but overall it was ok . staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay there againGenuine Expedia guest review
"Good breakfast, the rest ...OK"
Probably the best part of staying at Quality, is the free breakfasts. The hotel needs some major updates. Our room was clean for the most part. The door did not really close right--one needed to push and lift the door/knob in order to use the deadbolt. The other thing that was frustrating was the noisy roosters that would "cockadoodledoo" from 3am throughout […] the night/morning. I didn't think to pack earplugs...ugh! I will say that the front desk and concierge were helpful and professional concerning any or our questions or needs. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not walking distance from Duvall street"
Nothing special. OK hotel, quiet rooms, clean, friendly service. Only problem is that it is not walking distance to historic waterfront or to duvall street. If you don;t mind driving, it is a nice hotel.Genuine Expedia guest review
"frendly concierge, but not impressed by th rest"
breakfast room too small, too busyGenuine Expedia guest review
"Quality Inn, Key West"
I stayed here a few years ago and it was a lot nicer than this stay. It was okay, but just okay, nothing stood out as very good. I gave it a yes to recommend to others, but only if other hotels are full or the rates meet your budget limit.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Nice pool. Good breakfast if you get there before everyone else wakes up.Genuine Expedia guest review
Need maintenance in pool , very dirty.... No good !!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Expensive for an old hotel. Location was ok. Breakfast was good.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
