"Poor hotel"

Not happy with Day's Inn at this location worse stay with Day's Inn ever. first complaint got there with a pre-paid res. no where in the booking does it say that you have a resort fee? the place was not even Day's Inn quality, nothing more than horrible coffee 24 hours a day in lobby. tv and couch that the front desk staff used. and a computer and wi […] fii in room that did not work along with tv that didn't work. changed room the second night had tv work but beds worse and room in poor condition. The rooms need some upgrading! The bedding needs to be replaced. There are no safes in the room. There is no iron in room either I had to call for one. The hotel is across from an outpatient center. "good for the price"

"Good price, horrible bed"

Days Inn Key West could use a complete remodel in the guest rooms. The housekeeping was awful because they half cleaned the bathroom. We also found ants in the bathroom. The location of the hotel was just what we needed (fast, easy on/off the island) however the condition and cleanliness left much to be desired. We had friends that stayed at the hotel right next door and their room was much cleaner & nicer. The hotel itself was very run-down looking. Have stayed here before and it was very satisfactory, however this time, the air conditioner was not working properly, the blankets were made of some type of rubber compound ( it seemed).
