The Reach, A Waldorf Astoria Resort, sits on a a private, sand beach and has a health club and an outdoor pool with lounge chairs. A playground and scooter rentals are available nearby. The resort has a restaurant, cafe, and a bar/lounge. Room service is available during limited hours. The hotel offers complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access in public areas, a ballroom and conference rooms with 4,700 square feet of meeting space, and event catering.
Guestrooms.
Guestrooms have a furnished balcony, private bathroom, and flat-screen TV with premium TV channels and pay movies, refrigerator, and phone. Wireless high-speed Internet access is available (surcharge). Bathrooms feature bathrobes, designer toiletries, and hair dryers. All guestrooms are non-smoking.

"Good Beach, perfect location"
The Hotel has its own nice little Beach and is very good located. It has bikes available that take you to Duval Street and Mallory Square in no time. "A Great Getaway"
We loved the resort! The service was excellent, the room very clean. And although we saw on Hotels.com others comment that the rooms were small, we had the king bed and felt the room size was perfectly adequate. The one odd thing was that although there was a closet, the room had no dresser, which necessitated living out of our suitcases throughout […] our stay. The location was great. A beautiful sandy beach, which is unusual in Key West, lovely pool, and within walking distance of Duval Street. "Our romantic stay in key west"
We checked in at 11:30 and had some difficulties w checkin. Key West shuts down pretty early, so had to wait for Paul, the manager, to resolve the issues in the morning. Paul was wonderful! We had our room upgraded to a suite with ocean / courtyard view. He had our luggage moved while we were out and chocolates and champagne waiting for us on our return! […] The rooms are nice and the staff were wonderful. They opened the gift shop after hours so we could buy some wine, and Ashley hooked us up for our seaplane trip to the Tortugas and our sunset cruise. It was a wonderful trip! The beds are comfortable, but the hotel is a bit older. The beach and pool are small but nice. After about 10pm it is pretty quiet, you would need to go next door to their sister hotel, the Casa Marina, to have drinks or food. Like the rest of the reviews, the Casa Marina is more expensive and is similar to what you think of the Waldorf brand, big lobby , big pools, higher end clientele etc...Key West is expensive, so for the $219 per night (hotels.com deal) for an ocean view suite it was a great deal! I stayed there now the 3rd time within one year and was dissap. to not get the upgrade as usual. The Hotel was comp. booked. We ended up on the 2nd floor facing the courtyard and even the ocean for a bit. Both nights there was a wedding going on till 11 pm and next to our room was the outside dancefloor. Would have liked to be informed at check-in about […] this, bc. traveling with a baby this certainly was not good. All night people were walking up and down the hall to the elevators. The carpet could had been cleaner...one of the bed sheets hat brown rusty spots on it and the other one was torn on the side. Paul at the reception is wonderful!But overall it is a beautiful hotel and a wonderful relaxing spot and not at all in the middle of the Duval street bars. I need to point out specially the good service of JOHN and RICARDO at the pool and beach. They gave us everything we needed and were super friendly..they opened the beach door when we came back with a sleeping baby in the stroller and were so wonderful. We felt very welcome. The manager of John needs to know that we witnessed the incidence on SAT afternoon were he got yelled at from 4 people drinking in the pool their liqu. Only because he asked them to put the drink outside of the pool, He was nice to them and not at all yelling. They were giving him a hard time and joked about him. The hotel was beautiful and in a beautiful location right on the ocean and within walking distance of the action on Duval Street, albiet, a long walk, but very doable in nice weather. Our room was very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. The amenities in the room were nice to include a suprise Nespresso coffee maker with coffee pods, that was […] a very nice touch. Only disappointment was that they charged $18 a day to park in their garage. I little high priced given the price you pay for a room. Also, was not happy about the $25 a night Resort Fee. Just be aware that if you park at the hotel, you will be charged $47 extra per night because the Resort Fee is a per night charge. That charge with the $18 a night parking and the taxes they charge for the parking charge adds up quickly. If you stay multiple nights, be aware you will be slammed with a large bill at checkout. "Made our anniversary one to remember"
Room was an ocean view room. The view from our balcony looked exactly as pictured online. Concierge set up all our activites allowing me to spend my time with my wife. Bellmen were attentive and prompt. Valet was just a little slower than I would have liked. But only used it once since everything was within walking distance(except the golf course). […] We took the Jetski tour and used the double as my wife didnt want to go on her own. When given "free time", the guide was kind enough to take my wife on his ski as she had no desire to go as fast as I wanted. Truly above and beyond. The comfort of the third person in the room (fold out couch) could have been better. On the bright side was the whole rest of the hotel and our stay. The scenery was spectacular.
