"Convenient site"
Good sized refrigerator & decent microwave. Mattress needs to be turned as one side was definitely used more than the other. Windows are not energy efficient so room tends to be a little cold; heating unit is noisy. On site restaurant not very good. Very easy on/off highway which is a big plus. Man sleeping on bench in lobby. Very loud noises from connected bar/resturant. Parking lot is gated. Woman behind check in counter is behind bullett proof glass. While I like Days Inn on the whole, my room had a really noisy a/c unit and when I turned it off to get some sleep, I woke up around 3am to a strong urine smell. Dinner in the restaurant was fair. Steak was cooked how I ordered but a bad cut for a T-bone. Corn was cold and baked potato was warm. This hotel does not have any transportation to or from the metro station that sits in a neighbor hood that even the police recommend you not walk through at night. The front lobby receptionists (behind plexiglass windows) insisted that I provide two forms of ID so they could copy them even though my room was prepaid via hotels.com. That is their procedure.
