"Great location"
Nice hotel with great surrounding shops. Based on size of room, not best place for little children as we had 2 and a pet. Minor draw back, no breakfast place in walking distance. Would stay again...without children.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Never Again!"
We stayed a total of two nights ( going and coming) from our Xmas trip. If I could have gotten a refund I would never have stayed here on the way home, but since it was already paid for and could not be refunded we stayed the second night. This was in the top five of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. The bed felt like a sack of potatoes and the […] pillow was very small and felt like it had chunks of torn apart foam in it. We were on the bottom floor and for some reason they have doors at the end of the hallway. All night long the door slammed as people went in and out. The shower has a water saver head that sprays a fine mist of water and it is near imposable to get the soap out of your hair. The shower doors are glass and have a big gap in them, water ends up all over the floor. One of the shower walls goes into the bedroom and is glass, so anyone in the room can watch you as you shower (it is opaque not clear). "need vs request"
I made a reservation for 3 people in a double. I got to the hotel & was informed that this is a "request" & that I had a king. Apprently neither the hotel or hotel.com or any other online reservation site take this into consideration. A room that "accomidates 3" on your reservation is no guarantee it will. This process needs to be corrected. The hotel […] told me that I would need to book directly to get a room I can use. At first I thought I had made a good choice. They decor is modern and has a young upbeat atmosphere. This is not a "kid friendly" hotel. So be prepared. They only have 2 towls and 2 bath cloths in each room. So we had to ask for extra. When we asked for more they said I had to come and get them because she was alone at the front desk. Then when I asked […] for a shower cap, they told me it was $2.00!! Then, the next day we asked the front desk where the nearby waterpark was and she had never heard of it! "Close to our family"
Very friendly staff and good clean rooms! They had a problem with only hot water in the shower, which meant a rather scalding experience. They had trouble making the repairs. We would stay there again because of the convenient location to our family.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Aloft Frisco"
IKEA is right down the road and the reason we stayed here. It is more for singles but we found several families with kids so it is family friendly regardless. The atmosphere is European bachelor pad sheik which ain't all that bad. Flashing lights with go-go dancers at night and BBC news playing on the flat screens. Full service bar and several places […] to relax in the lobby. We had to move three times because people like bringing there dogs and leaving them to bark alone in the room. But the staff accommodated us with apologies. Our kids are loud enough without animals around to keep us all awake. Anyways the double queen bedroom we stayed in was clean and well appointed with adequate lighting, coffee machine, hair dryer and all the basics. It was a nice stay in a hotel with style.
