Stayed here for a Cheer Competitipon at the nearby Dr. Pepper Arena. Hotel was very nice, and my room was newly remolded. My only complaint was that the breakfast was bland. This Holiday Inn Express is in a very quite and nice area, close to the mall and food. The staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel was brand new and was great. I was originally booked at Aloft, across the parking lot. But apparently they overbooked and I was left without a room. The hotels.com customer service rep found a room at this Holiday Inn, and it was actually a little less expensive. The hotel itself is great. However, I had reserved a wheelchair accessible room with 2 beds and requested either a roll-in shower or a transfer bath chair. The room we were assigned was a regular room with a regular tub/shower. I could have made this work except the new beds Holiday Inn has installed in their rooms are 48" tall. We were very pleased with our one-night stay at this hotel! The room was quiet, comfortable, and very convenient to all local activities. The bed was very comfortable, and the sheets were soft. The bathroom amenities were very nice! Shampoo/lotion from Bath and Body works, fluffy large towels, and soaps that did not dry out your skin. Plus, lots of […] hot water! The room was relatively quiet, although we did hear the usual door-slammings from other guests in the morning hours.
