"In sorry shape"
We had reservations for 4 nights, and left after 1. The hotel is old, run-down and our room was dirty. My husband found blood on his pillow (not his!) and when I tried to wash the sticky stuff off the desk so I could use my laptop, the desk stain came off on the washcloth. The desk clerk was very, very, very good about it, even told us what to do (calling […] Hotels.com, etc) and in the end, they refunded even the first night's stay without us asking. "Great location"
