When looking at the website it appeared to be a nice hotel. Upon arrival, the hotel was not very clean including the rooms. There was a sign by the door stating the door is locked 24 hours but was propped open all night for many nights. The front desk does not answer the phone. I had a business trip sharing the room with a colleague. The room was very comfortable and spacious to allow us both to work and be on the phone with out disturbing one another. Although the room and bathroom are showing signs of age, we were pleasantly surprised with the room and beautiful lobby. "It is what it is"

Once you found the place, their signage is terrible, and the roads nightmarish, it was great. The hotel overall is somewhat bland, nothing impressive to note but I had no problem staying at this location. I would guess it has been many years since they last updated the rooms. "Stay was ok"
The hotel was nice. The woman that checked us in was nice enough. Room was nice, clean and big. Reserved a smoking room but they didn't have one available when we got there. She put us on the ground floor by an exit so we could "conveniently" go outside to smoke. Found out they only had 4 smoking rooms in the entire hotel. Breakfast was good except […] one waffle maker looked like it hadn't been cleaned ever and there was a basket full of hard boiled eggs. It looked to have 4 or 5 dozen eggs in it which seemed like a lot to have been prepared that morning. I just couldn't bring myself to try one. We stay at this hotel when we're in the Denver area because it's a great deal. Big rooms, pool is usually heated to 81 degrees, wading pool for little ones, big hot tub, large breakfast area, nice staff. This was a great place to stay. We got a great deal. We got a king suite. This included two dogs, two adults, and taxes. The staff was extremely pleasant and went above and beyond. The room was big and clean. The bed was on the firm side but very comfy. We has two lcd flat screens. The bathroom was a normal hotel bathroom but very clean. The room had […] a mini fridge and microwave. The only complaint was the breakfast. It had all the normal stuff (muffins, juice,coffee, tea, cereal, waffle) but no protein. They only had hard boiled eggs. Many places I've stayed at at least had scrambled.eggs and a meat in their continental breakfast. But that is only a minor problem. Over all it was a great stat. We felt safe and the place was very quiet. If you stay we would recommend eating at the volcano Chinese restaurant. They deliver and their food is fresh and delicious. "Great price and food!"
The beds are comfortable and the suite was convenient and roomy!. However, the elevator by the side door wasn't working all the time. So, we just came in the front and used that elevator. The continental breakfast was delicious and quite varied. The waitress was extremely nice. Also, the people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. One […] thing I might complain about is that I registered the room for three adults, but only 2 complete sets of towels were available in the room.
