"Very Pleased"
Very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Fairly clean. My only complaint is that the carpets need to be washed. We travel to this area each year to volunteer for the Senior Olympics. We have tried several hotels over the years, but this is a keeper. We have a young child, so the pool and playground area were perfect. The breakfast was plentiful, delicious, and staffed by a lovely woman who worked very hard to give us an excellent meal and meet our every need. […] Our room was small, but comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the fact that the location made it convenient to multiple venues and the easy access from the back entrance. The only drawback that we had was the internet was not available in the lobby on the last night and morning of the trip. Many of our local athletes were staying at this hotel and were also very satisfied. In fact, many of them seemed to have been staying there for several years. We have stayed at this motel 3X now and it has consistently been a good experience. Pet rooms are not as sparkling as non-pet rooms. We were here once with pets; twice without. I was late in making motel reservations for a dog show that I was attending. I tried other motels and they were all booked. This motel had 3 rooms left and they also had less than desireable reviews. When I arrived at the motel, it was clean and all the staff was very helpful. They even booked me a ground floor room last minute. I had no trouble with […] the keycard. The room was VERY nice and clean. I even had a microwave and fridge when I did not expect it. There was no noise outside the motel except for Friday night when the other show people were unloading.
