"I got what I paid for"
For the price I paid, this hotel was very serviceable. The breakfast was great, the room was clean, and everything worked. Somebody thought it was a good idea to engage their horn throughout the night every so often to lock their car, and with the cars being parked right outside the rooms that was a minor inconvenience. We were very pleased with the property- the newly remodelled lobby and breakfast area was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Rooms were comfortable. My husband & I were in the Nashville area for one of our children's high school sporting event. We found this hotel on hotels.com. The staff @ the front desk were very friendly & accommodating. Very easy to find location right off interstate. Impressed by the breakfast items offered. "Business Trip"
It wasn't bad but the mattress needed replacing. The room was very clean. The first night I had to be late because I was at a meeting and there was a vechile parked in front of my room. I really didn't appreciate that because I am older and a female. The next night I was on time and the spot was available but it was muddy and the other spots down the […] way were dry. I wondered if it had anything to do with being near the washer. But the room charge was very reasonable so altogether it was OK. I would recommend it to someone who needs a reasonable fee. I am independent in what I do so I have to watch my expenditures. The ice machine was close and worked. The breakfast was furnished including eggs and meat so that was a plus. "Pleasant stay"
This is an older Motel. Of course the rooms are not going to be modern. I was pleased with the cleanliness. The bed linens were fresh and clean and the pillows were more than satisfactory. I was surprised to see such a big tv in the room. I didn't have time to enjoy the breakfasts the night-time clerk told me about, but I'm sure the breakfasts are adequate. Hotel was ok. As a single woman traveling alone, I was weary of staying in the room at the back of the hotel (it's an outdoor hotel which has two stories). Our car broke down and we needed to take it to the nearest mechanic. We then also needed the nearest hotel. The nearest place to stay was this motel. I usually don't stay at motels. I was very impressed with the service, cleanliness of the room, and best of all the comfort. I have underestimated the quality of motels over hotels. The hotel had a great location, right off the interstate with lots of dining options. The window curtains weren't very thick and didn't block out the light. We used shoes to put in the windowsill and hold the curtain in place to better block the sun (which was up by 6am).
