"bottom of line customer service"
quality of service was horrible, advertised they had movie channels you could pay for. i asked a woman at a desk and she told me she would get someone to fix it. i stayed for 3 days and i felt ignored the whole time. "Great weekend location"

All was good with the room and facility. However, one easily gains the perspective that the hotel is devoted to weekday business travellers: everything offered by the hotel is on an "extra charge" basis. The weekend rate looks tempting, as they try to fill rooms normally filled by business travellers with lavish expense accounts. "my stay 5/20-5/22"
I will say the service was good, but the place was very loud and for what ever reason the hot water in my room never got hot i waited an extra thirty minutes and still had a cold shower before i checked out on sunday.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
