"Great location"
We enjoyed being able to walk into town for dinner and since the pool is open until 10pm we were able to take an after dinner swim. The rooms were clean and updated.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"A few hiccups, but overall nice stay"

"Great location and price off season"
I am mixed on my review because overall, there are so many great features to this hotel. However, we were place in the building next to the main hotel (I believe they call it the cotttage) and we had an end room which was so small...it was too cramped. I said something to the front desk about how small it was and asked if all rooms were that small...I […] was told Yes but I saw the pictures online and they aren't. The end rooms share space with the the utility room and they are smaller. The pool was great...my son loved it. The hotel is clean and very convenient to downtown. We did have breakfast at the restaurant located in the inn and it was horrible. Service and food were lousy. The next morning we went to Moonakis for breakfast and that was fabulous. "Inn on the Square"
I was greeted by a pleasant desk clerk the facility was clean and odor free, the room was clean and comfortable, some maintenance should be done, pealing paint in shower bath area, most likely to be done when weather breaks and before summer season. The location was downtown Falmouth as great and safe place to walk and see the shops. Lots of history […] here, peoples all very nive and parking was good. Restaurant attached to the hotel Percy's was one of the best I stopped at, I had breakfast. "Too many summers"
The overall cleanliness of the hotel was questionable. My wife was grossed out from the start. It had the feel of place that had seen too many summers and far too many guests without being redone.
