Cactus Pete's was pretty awesome for our little one-day mini-vacation :) We were in a room in the tower and it was very comfortable, roomy and clean. I... was impressed that it didn't have any lingering smoke residue considering one is able to smoke in the casino and common areas (a disappointing fact I wish I would have known before planning this trip). The only thing that was kind of a bummer was that the desk clerk that checked us in failed to mention the fact that cell phones tended to pick up their signal from the tower a mile or so south on pacific time when everything there is on mountain time. This caused us to miss out on an oppurtinity for a great steak dinner and could have been potentially bad for check out. The casino was clean and although there was a faint aroma of smoke it wasn't as bad as it could have been. The blackjack dealers were AWESOME!!!! by Jasmine M from Boise, ID on 12/10/11

We ate at the restaurant in the hotel the first night. There were flies everywhere. Needless to say we did not eat at the hotel again during our stay.

Received very friendly check - in service. Room was ready, clean and very comfortable. All the staff we dealt with were very helpfull and friendly. Would recommend this hotel and will stay there again next time in Jackpot. The buffets were awesome.
