"I heard everything."
The walls between rooms are extremely thin. Unless you turned the tv volume up you could hear every person's conversation/tv program in each room which doesn't lead to an enjoyable night. The cost of the room was to much for the short falls of the hotel. The room could of used a new couch due to the numerous stains that made it very undesirable to use. "The little things do matter!"
The room was comfortable and the hotel was very convenient for the touristy things; however, it took 4 hikes to the front desk to get the keys to work (having to wait in line each time to do so), there were not enough pillows, we had roaches, and the maid woke us up at 8:45 am by banging on the door several times and trying to open the door but we had […] the inside lock on so she couldn't actually open the door (yes, we had planned to sleep until 10!). Do I sound bitter? Well, we really were looking forward to just a little extra sleep. Lady at the front obviously did not like her job - she wasnt the friendliest person to put it nicely. Dont say here if you are a light sleeper. The noice of neighboring toilets, sinks and showers will make you think the pipes are ran under the bed. Very noisy. We were in a room with an adjoining room and you could hear all conversation in that room along with anytime the comode flushed the shower was turned on etc. When you walked in the hall you could hear what rooms anyone was taking a shower in. "Not what I expected for a high priced hotel!!"
From the pictures i kinda expected it to be like a cabin feel on the inside since the outside looks like a cabin. We get in the room and its just like any other hotel room on the inside. When someone turns on their water its like the water is in the room with you, we couldnt even hear the tv it was so loud, especially if someone was filling up their […] jacuzzi tub then it went on for 15 or 20 minutes. I dont know if all the rooms are conjoined or not but ours was to the people next door and we could hear every single word they were saying like they were in the room with us. We got woke up the next morning to a hair dryer and i thought they were in our bathroom it was so loud!!! The price of the hotel was not exactly cheap and it doesnt even come with breakfast! Their was a comfort Inn right next door that advertised free cont breakfast and their rate was a lot cheaper and the hotel itself on the inside would have looked the same anyways. Anyways I would not recommend anyone to stay here unless you have a lot of money that you want to just give away for fun. Save yourself the hassel and stay at a regular hotel that offers more. We enjoyed our stay at the motel, I just have a couple of complaints, but just minor ones. There really needs to be a table in the room and the TV needed more stations, it was the worst selection I have ever seen in a motel.
