This hotel staff are some of the friendliest people we have experienced. Our room was cleaned thoroughly each day, and the hospitality staff always had a smile and something nice to say. The vending machine on our floor was out of bottled water. When a member of the staff noticed I could not get a water, she personally delivered a chilled bottle of […] water to my room, with an apology and a smile. What's better than that?! "Nice big room, two sinks in the bathroom, balcony"
The hotel was in a great location in Pigeon Forge. Check in was easy and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was big and the bathroom had two sinks which was nice. I was disappointed in the pool. The lazy river was dinkie and didn't flow fast enough to keep you moving at a good pace and it wasn't wide enough. It was very cramped. […] That was one of the main reasons I wanted to stay at the Music Road Hotel, to use the lazy river and the pool. I wasn't a happy camper. But the rest of my stay was very nice.
