"Worth it!!"
Everything was clean, food was great!! No problems during our stay. The lazy river, 2 swimming pools was awesome!! The view of the river is wonderful. The staff is very prompt and helpful. "Close but private hotel."
We have stayed at the Music Road Hotel once before and our stay was excellent both times. It's convenient to the sights and shows in Pigeon Forge and surrounding area and yet, it's quiet and beautiful. The room was everything we have come to expect and the breakfast was excellent and the dining area clean and well maintained even through the busy breakfast […] hour. "Nice"
Check-In isn't until 4 (!). We arrived at 5 and still didn't get to our room until 6pm. Their excuse was "We had a full house last night and housekeeping is having a hard time catching up". I was angry but tried to not let it bother me. This was the worst part about the hotel. The beds are divine, the staff is super nice, and the lobby was beautiful. "BEST HOTEL IN PIGEON FORGE"
THIS HOTEL GIVES YOU THAT DOWN HOME FEEL. LOVELY LOBBY, AND YOU CAN SIT BY THE FIREPLACE AND ENJOY YOUR FAMILY AS WELL AS OTHER FAMILIES. I HAPPENED TO GET SICK WHILE IN GATLINBURG, AND THE STAFF AT THIS HOTEL ACCOMODATED AND WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP ME AND MY FAMILY. ONE OF THEIR HOUSEKEEPERS EVEN OFFERED TO GET ME SOME GINGER ALE ON HER LUNCH […] BREAK. WHERE DO YOU FIND PEOPLE LIKE THAT? "Music Road Hotel In Pigeon Forge"
It is a wonderful hotel. The rooms were clean and staff very nice. Can't think of any thing bad to say. We had a great time. Our room had a wonderful view of the river. The lobby was very nice with a grand fireplace. The breakfast was very good. We hope to stay there next year. We go to Pigeon Forge every December. "Outstanding Hotel in Pigeon Forge"
We stayed at this hotel while on vacation in the PIgeon Forge / Gatlinburg area during the week of Valentine's Day. This was a great hotel. The outside of the hotel isn't anything spectacular, but looks can be deceiving. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby was spotless with a huge fireplace and plenty of chairs and sofas to relax near […] the fire. We had the King Suite and it was so nice with a comfortable bed and hottub. Make sure to ask for a room on the backside of the hotel so you can get the view of the mountains and the river that runs behind the hotel. There's a sitting area outside in the back with rocking chairs where you can sit and relax while watching the geese and ducks swim around in the river. And each morning they serve a huge hot breakfast with almost anything you could want. You can also eat your breakfast outside on the patio if you want too. They also have a indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi as well as the outside pool and lazy river. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel.
