This hotel staff are some of the friendliest people we have experienced. Our room was cleaned thoroughly each day, and the hospitality staff always had a smile and something nice to say. The vending machine on our floor was out of bottled water. We had a room with 2 queen beds and sofa sleeper. Room was very nice, we were next to the elevator and I worried that it would be noisy...did not hear a sound all night. "A new tradition"
We came to Pigeon Forge for Thanksgiving this year. We usually always stay at The Inn at Christmas Place when in Pigeon Forge but we are going to be there in December and could not afford two stays so close together. That is how we ended up at Music Road Hotel. Staying at The Inn at Christmas Place has made it next to impossible for us to stay anywhere […] else and be satisfied.
