"Poorly Managed"
Hilton is supposed to have very strict rules regarding their "Do Not Disturb" signs. Mine was securely placed, yet I had housekeeping knock, then proceed to come into my room at 10:15AM before I could get to the door. I called the front desk to complain and they said they would check into it. Then it happened again just past 11:00AM (12:00 was checkout.)
