"Quality lacking"
I stayed 5 nights and had to have my room key programed every evening. Room lacked hair dryer, TV channel listing, kleenex, and adequate lighting. Breakfast was a disappointment. Won't stay here anymore.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Room was comfortable and clean however a large portion of the electrical outlets were inoperable. The largest inconvenience was the inoperable hair dryer. The hotel was close to the Interstate but you could not hear the traffic which was a great plus.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice staff but maintenance lacking"
The refridgerator did not work, nothing in any drawers such as phone book, extra pillow or blanket etc; and the toilet did not work properly. Wanted to switch rooms but was too tired after day of travel and didn't want to go through the hassle--just tweeked the toilet fluidmaster (fill valve) and flapper to get it to flush and then stop filling.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not impressed"
The room was clean, but the door wouldn't stay shut without really working at it. The refridgerator also made weird noises. The breakfast buffet was just the basics. The milk was just left out on the counter. Not sitting in ice kept cold in any way.Genuine Expedia guest review
