"No contact information"
Booked through Hotels.com. Didn't realize it was through a management company. The company was not located on site. There was NO contact information on the email confirmation ad to whom to contact. I spent 1 1/2 hours finding the office and 10 phone calls. No one available at office and phone numbers on the door went to voicemail.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great location but terrible bed!"
The bed was so hard I don't think I slept for 4 days. The location was great. The hotel room was a 1 bedroom condo in WestLake Lodge Condos in Copper Mtn's center village. The one bedroom looked like it was actual a second bedroom to another condo. No kitchen. Very very small room. Only enough room for 2 people, definitely not 4!Genuine Expedia guest review
