"No blankets, no phone, no bar/grill, good location"
The location to the beach and shops is great. However, our room phone did not work when we arrived. The staff fixed it in a timely manner. Check in is at 4 and there is a bar/grill at the pool that is to be open till 8 pm. We went to the beach with the hopes of sitting by the pool in the evening, having a drink/dinner, and relaxing. hotel room was old and moldy. Room was musty smelling. The bathroom smelled like low tide. first night we showered and the water would not turn off..at 11pm we had to have a maintenance call to shut it off also, the room was soooo small my knees hit the bedwhen coming out of the bath area.....next morning we were transferred down about 6 doors in same area and all day and into 6:30pm that night we listened to workmen banging and talking and […] more and more banging.....completely not acceptable...too bad, we liked being near the beach. Even if you're not staying in the oceanfront section, its still only a few steps to the beach. It is located right next to the Cocoa Beach Pier, which was very convienent! We were very pleased with our stay at Best Western! It's a huge complex! Our room was 100 steps away from the beach and right next to the beach entrance! We thoroughly enjoyed spending time at the pool where there is a Veranda Bar with food and drinks! We also enjoyed the breakfast each morning which had alot more than any hotel we've stayed at before! […] The staff was extremely nice and helpful! We were very pleased and will recommend this hotel for anybody staying in Cocoa. Nous avons eu un gros problème car les toilettes ont débordées le matin avant la douche il y avait de l'eau partout, nous avons du couper l'arrivée d'eau car cela ne s’arrêtait pas et nous n'avons pas pu changer de chambre. Un technicien est venu assez rapidement et a déboucher les toilettes et nettoyé avec des serviettes éponges. Néanmoins c'était […] assez désagréable! nous avons demandé un geste commercial à la réception ils ont dit ok mais qu'il le ferait auprès de Hotels.com qui avait règlé la chambre.Je vais me mettre en contact avec vous pour vous donner les éléments pour cette réclamation.
