"Fine Hotel...Horrible Customer Service"
I stayed at this hotel for 1 night. The hotel is fine. The customer service is awful. I paid for my stay in full at hotels.com. I was then charged for the room by the hotel after my stay. Easy to fix, right? WRONG! No one at the hotel can help me (they all say the manager has to do it). Well, the manager won't return phone calls. I've tried 5 times […] and left 5 messages over 5 days.
