Great hotel! Very near public beach, allowed us to have our small Cavalier King Charles Spaniel for only $10.00 per night, (a bargain in Miami) and was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. Half of the rooms face the AC units of the hotel and as a result, rooms are very noisy. The second floor rooms are slightly better. But when you stay here in a crowded time (like we did in Christmas), they can not provide you a better room. Rooms look nice, but the hot water was too slow. It took 15 minutes to warm it up. This is a great boutique hotel hidden near the Bal Harbor shops. The staff is excellent with lots of suggestions for planning your day. Check-in was easy and they catered to our requests. "Clean, Courteous and helpful"
e were booked at the hotel for 3 nights. After a week's cruise, we arrived at the hotel a little early, check in time was for 4 pm but we got there for 1pm. We decided to grab some lunch and Ruth, recommended a few places which were walking distance to the hotel. By the time, we came back from lunch, 1:45pm. They had a room ready for us. The room was […] very clean and the king size bed was comfortable. The 42 inch TV was a surprise which I hope some of the larger hotel will take notice of. Another thing which was great, was the free long distance in North America. After a week away from home, we had to check in with family and I had to call work. The staff was always helpful. I was provided a couple recommendation for restaurants which we enjoyed. The asian restaurant which was less than 5 minutes walk and Little Havanna for Cuban food. Thanks Billy and Ruth. The only negative if I can call it that was the coffee machine broke down for a morning. I could not get my expresso but Courtney had another coffee brewer going in the morning and ensured there was fresh coffee. There are other services which they provide which I did not part take such as they had a membership to LA Fitness which guest could use. If you are looking for a quaint, small hotel with great staff. Das Hotel hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe des Bal Harbor Strands mit Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Ein sehr modernes Hotel mit ebenso modernen Zimmer, die auch sehr geräumig ist. Sauberkeit war auch erste Klasse. Es ist auch ein Parkplatz gegen Gebühr vorhanden, was in Miami als sehr wichtig zu betrachten ist. Frühstück […] war auch sehr gut und reichhaltig, allerdings gibt es nur 2 Sitzplätze. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbreit. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass die Wände der Zimmer nicht so dicht sind und mann Geräusche und Fernseher der Nachbarn wahrnimmt. Frühstücksbereich besteht aus nur zwei Bistrotischen mit 6 Stühlen die stehen überall rum zum Frühstücken, Frühstücksware wird kaum nachgefüllt. Am Hotelempfang sieht man das es neu renoviert wurde, am Treppenaufgang zu den Zimmern sind die Teppiche verschmutzt, die Badezimmer sind sauber man sieht aber das hier schnell renoviert wurde um fertig zu […] werden. O hotel tem boas instalações, desde à recepção até os dormitórios. Os quartos têm tv de lcd e máquina de café e são confortáveis e limpos. O isolamento acústico do quarto não é bom e podemos ouvir e ser ouvidos pelos vizinhos mesmo quando falamos baixo.
