Excellent. Everything was new and clean. Being from the east coast, we almost felt guilty paying as little as we did. The room looked like a furniture showroom. King room had a desk with a roll-out sub-desk for double the working space, desk chair, armchair, and coffee table. Outlets were everywhere (for chargers). The wireless internet never dropped […] out. The kitchen had an induction cook top, dishwasher, 3/4 size fridge, and dishes/flatware/etc. The hall had a walk-in closet. Floors had carpet in the room and strip vinyl in bath/kitch/hall/closet. Bathtub and fixtures were all new (as goes with new construction). Water pressure and massage shower head were excellent. There are chain restaurants in the area, and a "-mart" store for last minute, last chance purchases. Staff was very friendly and polite. One piece welded luggage carts weren't falling apart as most do. Only regret: no bacon & eggs on breakfast counter. Read more

I needed a hotel close to the DIA with a shuttle service to the airport on a Sunday morning. So I booked this hotel through the phone (with Expedia) to be sure that a shuttle would be available when needed (early Sunday morning), and the Expedia operator told me it was ok. But, when we arrived at the hotel, we found out that there was no shuttle service […] during the weekend. If I had known that before, I would not have chosen this hotel. So we had to take a taxi to the airport (30$ - with a 5$ coupon from the hotel). I hope Expedia will soon clarify the availability of the shuttle service to DIA on the description of the hotel. Apart from that, the hotel is brand new, very clean, with an inside swimming pool. Our room had a small kitchen. The sonic isolation was not fantastic as we could hear some neighbors through the ventilation. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are a couple of good options only one bloc away from it. This was a wonderful place to stay--it's brand new. The rooms are spacious enough and are equipped for an extended stay. There was room to move around, the furnishings are lovely and the front desk staff very helpful. I would stay here again.

If booking through Hotels.com be sure your travel plans are guaranteed or you are just giving your money away with the non refundable policy and up front payment.

The hotel was well priced, well appointed for my 2 day stay for new years. The front desk lady (I do believe her name was Laurie) was outstanding. The rooms look as if they are new. They have a nice sized fridge and a well appointed kitchen. The breakfast was very good, especially the waffles where you make them yourself. The review would have gotten […] 5s down the line had it not been for some very odd shenanigans courtesy of housekeeping. This is why they got a 3 instead of the 5 in the "Quality of the staff and their service" despite the awesome job the front desk did. When I arrived, the trash under the kitchen sink had not been taken out. I simply left the trash outside of the door and put a new bag on the wastebasket. I come the second day there after the room was serviced; and my toothpaste and toothbrush were apparently taken/or thrown away! I had all of my toiletries in a top bathroom drawer, minus a full tube of toothpaste and my toothbrush which I kept on the bathroom counter-top. Everything else was there. I called the front desk and she worked with me to get me a new toothbrush and toothpaste. The bathroom counter-top was far from messy so I'm confused why the toothbrush and toothpaste were even touched in the first place. They again did not take out the trash under the kitchen sink, so the maintenance man had to come up and take it away. This was slightly more expensive for me than my typical economy choice stays, but not terribly much more for the great leap in quality. I think they thought of just about everything at this hotel, with my room having 2 phones, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, flat-screen, and other amenities. Overall, a great place to stay. The other thing, was that the housekeepers interrupted me several times, once when I was asleep. You'd think they'd have a cleaning itinerary or something. Besides this, they stood outside my room chattering for awhile, with me thinking, "are they ever going to move on and be quiet?" But the desk girls were great, the facility looks brand spanking new, there are all kinds of good things about the rooms, and the continental breakfast had a pretty good outlay with fresh fruits and such. The hotel is obviously new. All of the finishes are up-to-date and in excellent shape. It's especially nice that they offer free shuttle service to the airport as well as free parking while you are gone. I think that a lot of travelers will find this to be a pleasant a restful stop-over before DIA travels.

This is a brand new hotel...open less than a month and it is a Marriott. Enough said. We are never disappointed with the Marriott Brand. Upon arrival at this airport hotel we asked to reserve the shuttle for our early morning flight. They said their shuttle didn't start running until 6 am...a definite problem when your flight is at 6:15. They had the […] problem settled before we returned from dinner.
