The hotel was AMAZING however, for 3 days the internet service was horrible and barely worked. Then, when you miraculously WERE able to make the internet connection, it would drop you within 15 minutes and you would have to start all over. I even tried to go thru the wired connection but experienced the same thing. The front desk stated that the reason […] was due to bad weather but it was perfectly sunny except for an occasional rain during part of one of my days there. Servers and routers were reset but had no effect on the service. I almost checked out and went to another hotel but found a nearby McDonalds that offered internet for free and was able to get my work done there. Very frustrating to say the least!!! Read more

This hotel is pretty much what you'd expect. Nothing too luxurious, but all perfectly acceptable for normal business travel. Check in was easy, the bed and pillows were good not great, breakfast food good not great, etc. I was completely satisfied with everything for the price paid, and for the purpose of my trip which was business. Internet was free […] and worked just fine. A few restaurants nearby and a gas station just up the road. This hotel is conveniently located to the airport and has a free shuttle I think, which I didn't use because I had a rental car. So I can't comment on the shuttle service. Good location for easy access to DIA. Nothing really in the area within walking distance worth mentioning. Easy vehicle access to freeway. You need a vehicle. Heat control in room was poor. No hot tub, staff was confused whether they had one. Very clean, staff was friendly and courteous.

Not sure why but the sheets weren't smooth like most hotel sheets. Maybe too worn?? Maybe the type of sheets? However, everything else was fine. Location to airport is great. They allow you to leave your car there for a cheaper price than airport parking and use their shuttle.

If you drive to Denver to fly out of DIA, this is the best place to stay and leave your car. Shuttle service is prompt, breakfast in the morning is good, and rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall pleasant experience and we would stay again.

we stayed at this hotel both prior to and after long drives, check in was easy access was fairly easy, rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Even though it was close to an airport and within 1/2 mile of a freeway NO NOISE which was great. Lots of restaurants within walking distance which was great.

I don't usually have difficulty sleeping at this hotel - but turned out some reviews I'd read about this one were more spot on than I expected. I figured the person who said the sheets were "scratchy" was just a wimp... well, apparently I am too - these sheets are just awful! And the one who said the room HVAC was noisy was probably exagerating (aren't […] all of them noisy?) - my gosh, this thing was super noisy and kept cycling on and off every few minutes. I finally tried to just shut the thing off (even though it was 9 degrees outside!) figuring I could handle the cold better than the noise - no dice there is just no way to stop the darn thing - even pulling the handy "eco-card" out of the slot would not stop the unit from cycling (it just stayed on for less time each time). I finally figured out how to make the blower stay on contiuously - still noisy, but at least less disruptive. Then there was that one who complained about uncomfortable pillows. Heck, there are five pillows on the bed and they all looked pretty nice to me. But, they are all the same size and firmness - if you have shoulders as wide as a linebacker, these pillows might work out for you. So, as long as sleeping comfortably is not high on your priority list, this could be a perfect place to stay near DIA - it is clean and has nice facilities. Read more

Ed The front desk clerk was friendly, and allowed us access to our room while working out a glitch in the reservation system that had our reservation wrongly scheduled for 4 months down the road. Ouch! The bed could have been comfy, not sure, the rough, scratchy sheets kept me tossing and turning all night. My partner also complained that the pillows were too bulky and firm. The breakfast seemed pretty ho-hum, so just I grabbed an apple. A little aggravating, they ran out of coffee at breakfast. Completely out,..as in nothing in the kitchen to brew.
