Unable to provide advertised airport shuttle. No guestbparking. Management off site during business hours, 1800 on a weekday. Paralyzed to accommodate, or assist. In the review section, I noticed several criticisms regarding the complimentary airport transportation, but dismissed them as maybe being the exception, rather than the rule. Unfortunately they're accurate. My daughter had to wait one hour and ten minutes for the hotel's complimentary shuttle, at 1:00 am in the morning. This is totally unacceptable. […] During her three phone calls to the front desk, they kept saying, "he's on his way, will be there any minute", which was deceptive and dishonest. If they had been up front, she would have taken a cab. The extremely poor service distracts from an otherwise nice property, and gives the entire Holiday Inn chain a black-eye.
