The hotel room had small beds, an old TV, no coffee pot, no bathroom fan and was moderately maintained. It was in a convenient location, but has a small parking area that was typically overcrowded. Our stay was memorable. We had to get in early for fear of being victim of attack by the numerous hungry and drug addicts roaming the area. The police patrol and presence all time around the area was felt. I would suggest the rooms are equipped with fridge and micro wave. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers lies etwas zu wünschen übrig. Deutlich abgenutzt, in der dirketen Umgebung gibt es sehr viele Obdachlose, aber es sind zu Fuß nur ca 15-20 Min zur bekannten 16th Street - eine beliebten und belebten Einkaufs-/Bummelmeile mit vielen Geschäften und Kneipen / Restaurants.
