My husband and I requested a king size bed when we made reservatons, however at check in, we were told there were no more King size rooms available. When we expressed our disappointment, the manager indicated there were just no king size rooms available but did offer an upgrade to us and the 2nd night notified us that a room with king size bed was available. […] The courteous manner in which the manager handled the situation made a potentially disasterous vacation a very enjoyable experience. The staff was terrific, but the lack of smoking rooms (4 total in the whole place) is a but short sided.the HD TV is wired with coaxial cable.leaving it anything but HD TV. also found it odd a king suite wouldn't come with a bed with a nice set of sheets. We had a wonderful one night stay. We had never stayed in Denver before and when we go back we will definetly stay here again. We went to Denver for my girlfriends birthday and when we checked-in they paid for our parking for the night and gave us $30 to spend in the hotel for her birthday! We enjoyed lunch and some drinks while watching March Madness […] in the bar, on the house. Great way to kick off the weekend! The room was very comfortable and clean with a pleasant view. The front desk staff and concierge service was very helpful and made our stay wonderul. The hotel is in a very convenient location, we will definetly be back for our next event planned in Denver! Just spent the weekend here. And have no complaints! Beautiful clean hotel. We requested a higher level floor and our room was on the 32nd floor, with a mountain view! Beautiful view! Peaks Lounge was awesome! I have no complaints, my husband and I truly enjoyed our stay! I know we will be back!

Nice hotel in a great location for a fun night out on the town. The best part is The Peaks Lounge on the 27th floor with a breathtaking view of the city. Nice rooms, great service, great breakfast buffet in the morning.

There isn't a wow factor with this place but it is an over-all nice place to stay. The registration folks are super nice. The breakfast at Altitudes was ok. The best thing to do is have a drink at the lounge on the 27th floor but just one because it is a bit pricey and your chances of seeing waitstaff again is pretty low.

Great location. The staff was so friendly. My only caution is to watch your folio at checkout. We prepaid for the breakfast buffet at booking, but the restaurant charged our room anyway. I told the hostess, the waiter, and the hostess again that we had prepaid. They told me to sign for the charges, but it wouldn't be charged. It was. When we arrived at the Hyatt, we were blown away by its beauty and how big it was. We did get a little special treatment, since we did get engaged! They made our trip even better by upgrading us to a suite and giving us money towards the restaurant and bar in the hotel. They also sent up champagne with a card personally signed by the staff! Had a great time, overall the hotel was perfect. the only issue would be parking. Self parking at the hotel is a little expensive. But we did notice you had to pay for parking almost everywhere. Every one was super helpful and would definitely stay again if we were win Denver.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The attendants at the parking / valet were friendly and helpfull. The price for the room covers only the room however. I feel that every other service was highly overpriced. This is a downtown hotel, so I expected to have to pay for parking, which at $25 per night was understandable. At the price of this hotel room, […] internet service should have been free but required a daily surcharge. The television had very few stations to choose from without buying very overpriced pay-per view programming. Hotel food and drinks were very overpriced as well. For examle, charging $5 for a bottle of water was offensive to me. If you aren't concerned about money, than you may really like this hotel and the convenience of being in downtown Denver. However, I have been far more satisfied with previous hotel stays in which rooms cost about half this price and I didn't feel like I was being nickle and dimed for everything else. Read more

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel many times through the past 4 years and we've never been disappointed. We are always greeted with a smile when we hit the valet area. Bell hops offer to help with luggage no matter how many bags you have (even 1-2 hand bags). The front desk is easy to get to and able to check you in super-fast AND they have kiosk […] stations to do self-check-in/out. Rooms are very nice and clean. The bar and restaurant selection in the hotel are very nice as well. Within walking distance is the 16th St Mall and the Colorado Convention Center as well as wonderfully popular Buell Theater. Getting to the hotel is easy it is also easy to disperse when your trip is over. While you are traveling about, you should also sign up for the rewards program. Just like having a player’s card for all your favorite Casinos, there are some great perks with having one. I always look to this hotel FIRST before shopping for any other chain or offer!
