The room was clean and comfortable. The check-in process was awful. Another guest and I were assigned to the same room. The desk called me and asked who I was, despite that I had given them my ID and credit card. When I went to the desk to get the matter straightened out, the staff blamed it in "the system," and told me the same room is frequently assigned […] to multiple guests. "Avoid shuttle service."
Left waiting nearly an hour in the cold for the hotel's shuttle service on arrival. On departure we booked the shuttle service that apparently "leaves on the dot" but 10 minutes past that 'dot' no sight of the bus and no room because it was over booked.
