Previously the La Quinta chain was considered only average in my mind. I was very pleasantly surprised to find top-notch quality during my December 2011 stay. I found someone elses hair on my pillow when I was preparing for bed. I had not checked out. I went down the street for breakfast then returned to the room to shower before my long drive and found that my room had already been cleaned. "courtesy parking? Tired, large, low class place"
I suppose I should re-read the description. "Courtesy parking" means that you can park there for free, while you stay. There is NO space for parking during your trip until your return. Room was an excellent value for the price- very conveniently located. However, I think the doors are designed to make a "hard close" when people exit so as to not risk leaving them open. La Quinta Inn was the perfect hotel to stay in when travelling via Denver Airport. We staying when flying into Denver the also when leaving. We were not flying until 20:45 we had a late check out of 14:00 and spent the rest of the afternoon at the hotel. They were most helpful.
