Hotel Monaco Denver is in downtown Denver, Colo. The hotel is within two blocks of the 16th Street Mall, Colorado Convention Center, and Wells Fargo Theatre. The Tabor Center, Lower Downtown District (LoDo), and Larimer Square are within five blocks. The hotel is also within one mile of Coors Field, the Pepsi Center, and the U.S. Mint.

Hotel Monaco Denver features Panzano restaurant, which serves northern Italian cuisine including homemade pastas and fresh seafood. The restaurant includes a bakery, wine cellar, and bar. The hotel's complimentary fitness center is open 24 hours and offers stair climbers, stationary bicycles, and treadmills. The Veda Salon & Spa is on site, and meeting space spans 4,000 square feet. Was really excited to get away for a day and celebrate our anniversary. We booked the Mediterranean Suite. It was okay. The hot tub was just a regular bath tub in the bathroom with jets. The hotel was great. Complimentary wine reception in the evening was a surprise bonus. It was so cold during our stay, so we did not really explore the neighborhood. The restaurant in the hotel was fantastic. Only complaint is that no one told us at check in about the length of time for the valet to get our car when we needed it. This is a great hotel! Staff was AMAZING and the hotel was very cute (it smelled great). They had a wine and app hour which was fun. The hotel was lovely, but there were a couple of service issues that were disappointing. One, they offer to have goldfish in your room if you request it and that seems to be one of their big things they like to promote as a pet friendly hotel. Even though I requested goldfish both before I arrived and when checking in, they never arrived. It was clear that the noise was from some form of remodeling or installing of some kind It sounded like they were putting in carpet.
