Panzano - A local favorite, the Hotel Monaco Denver's restaurant serves contemporary northern Italian cuisine—homemade pastas, traditional meats and game, fresh seafood, and salads. The restaurant seats 160 diners on the first floor; private dining for up to 50 people is available in the wine cellar on the lower level. The restaurant includes an on-site bakery and is open for dinner daily, breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday, and brunch on weekends. Gluten-free menu is available. The bar offers cocktails, beer, and wine, as well as late-night dining Monday through Saturday. Reservations are recommended.
Hotel Monaco Denver offers a complimentary, 24-hour fitness room with stair climbers, stationary bikes, and treadmills. Guest passes are available to the 300,000-square-foot Denver Forza Athletic Club, one block from the hotel (fee). We have 2 children and a dog and have stayed at many downtown hotels but we love the Monaco. There is never any hassles, the staff are very kind, and the rooms are always clean and nicely done. We stayed here in December of 2011 for three days and had a wonderful time. The rooms are modern and comfortable, the staff was very helpful and the hotel has a lot to offer. In addition to the wonderful restaurant in the lobby, the hotel has many events in their lobby to offer. The people here are awesome from the valet, bell hop to the front desk and even the cleaning staff.
