    This hotel was a great price, and in pretty close proximity to downtown. I was expecting a dive with the price I paid, it was very pleasantly surprised.... The room was clean, no bugs, good shower head and water pressure, and coupons for breakfast were included, although I didn't have a chance to use them. A/C worked well, bed was comfortable, and no bedbugs. I stayed on the eighth floor with a view of downtown. Its right on the interstate so there was some traffic noise but it wasn't outrageous. Good heavy curtains blocked the city lights. This was a great experience for the $62 price and I would recommend it highly as a good deal. Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 2, 2013

    The hotel was older but they have done a good job keeping it modern. The rooms smelled a little musty and the heater worked a little too well. The shuttle was extremely convenient!! Breakfast was good for a free one. Neighborhood was terrible though and you are right next to 70 and te railroad. Overall it was fine for the price.

    This is a nice hotel. I only have a couple complaints. 1) a bit under staffed. A couple of nights, there was one person working the counter and apperantly after you stay there for so long your key gets deactivated (happened twice on a week long stay). Waiting to get a new key so you can go to bed is frustrating. 2) On our last night there was a party […] on our floor had to call security to get it taken care of. They still got a little routy. The next morning there was beer cans and pizza boxes all over the place. It was very close to where we were going to be and between late nights and early mornings it was nice.     This is one of the big Quality Inn hotels. The hotel seemed understaffed during my visit. It took me over 10 minutes to checkin. Otherwise I liked this place.

    I stay in a lot of hotels throughout the year in cities all around the country. They're all in the same general price range of this hotel, with varying levels of quality. This one is officially the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Here are the reasons why: 1. The door was difficult to open. It never opened immediately upon inserting the card key. Generally […] it would open on the 4th or 5th try and after a seemingly random count after inserting the key. 2. The bed closest to the window had such a concave side that rolling over to the other side of the bed involved climbing uphill. 3. Showering the morning consisted of random bursts of scalding and freezing water. Showering in the evening was the only want to get consistently hot water. 4. The restaurant has no discernible kitchen and uses paper plates, plastic cups and silverware, even for dinner. 5. Located in a sketchy railroad/industrial neighborhood that is fine during the day but bad enough at night to require a shabby security van to be parked out front. 6.I requested a non-smoking room but was put in a smoking room instead. When I asked to be moved I was told the hotel was completely booked. I brought up the first 3 items to more than one front desk person (particularly the key/door issue as I had to get my key re-set 3 times in my 5 night stay) and was told that maintenance would pay me a visit.     It was a good place to stay. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast buffet was the best and most extensive I've ever seen. The location in a more industrial area was the only drawback, but even that was convenient.

    Older hotel off the beaten path in an industrial area. The breakfast was good though the same every day. Bad part was luke warm shower in the morning :( Clean room. I would stay there again for a cheap nights stay.

I decided to then take one before work on Sunday morning but that was even worse, it went ice cold half way through my shower!!! when I called the desk they just said well I could send someone up but I told them it was too late as I had to get to work.     Most of the staff were very friendly and hard working, Leroy or Lenord was rude. The rooms were very clean and nice but the 9th floor was like a sauna, and one of my friends room had maitnance problems with the main door. The wireless internet also did not work on the 9th floor.     Wish the shuttle went to/from airport, but other than that I would absolutely stay again. Shuttle was timely and a real asset as I had meetings at the convention center. Front desk staff really helpful and told me most cost effective way to get to airport and was extremely nice about everything else. Food and restaurant staff great too.

    It was an excellent stay with no complaints. The hotel is not really near anything except a great cafe with wonderful pies, but they offer free shuttle service so we used that to get around with no problem. The hotel also has a free breakfast that is a full buffet breakfast which is great. The staff at the hotel was very helpful at all times.

    I choose the wrong date on my reservation and the guy was kinda sorta rude but didnt dig into it. The room was pretty good but the hallway reeked of urine or a dirty diaper. Not Cool! The elevators look nice tho.
