"Smoke and Mirrors"
The second day after returning from town our toilet got plugged and water was pouring out all over and flooded the bathroom and wet the carpet. Maintenance did come and snake it and brought a machine to suck up the water that was in the floor in the bathroom and never cleaned the carpet so it was soaked once he was finished I called the front desk and […] asked if the floor was disinfected because of the fecal matter that was floating in the bathroom when it flooded they said no but we can someone if you would like I said yes it was bad enough we couldn't walk on the carpet without shoes. When I called the man at the front desk was not very courteous and did not seam to care, needless to day it flooded again everyday we were there and we were having to go use the toilet downstairs which was very inconvenient since my kids are small, after this second day experience it was hard to imagine the room was cleaned daily it just felt dirty let alone way to small the furniture is too bulky and I will not be returning I wanted my family to enjoy a nice hotel but would have been better off at the La Quinta or Holiday Inn. I am very sorry that the problem with your toilet was not corrected immeadiatly, and that your room was not clean appropriately. The response you recieved from our front desk agent is unacceptable, and I completely understand your disappointment. I assure you that we will address these issues with those staff members to make sure it doesn't happen again. Thank you for bringing those issues to our attention so they could be corrected.
