"Bait and switch"
I called up the hotel directly as I had done with at least five others that day while I was searching for a room that had free parking and a free airport shuttle. Every hotel I called had free parking for at least 14 days, I went with Super 8 because the person I spoke with told me they had unlimited free parking ( we were going to be gone 16 nights) […] I went ahead and booked the room with them, only to find out at 4 am while we were just about the board the shuttle that they don't offer free parking at all! It's $6 a day- I was furious and the front desk was absolutely ZERO help. My husband and I ended up driving ourselves to the airport and paying there- it was just a classic bait and switch, and it just irks me, because I would have NEVER stayed there if they told me they charged for parking!!
