Everything was as expected and clean. My stay was for one night and would stay again. Front desk personnel were very courteous and efficient. I was very comfortable with the bed and pillows. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My only concern was the lock on the door to my room didn't seem to be as secure as it should have been. However, I didn't bring it to anyone's attention or else I'm sure they would have taken care of it.

Got this hotel because of the great rate - took a class on the weekend in Denver & didn't want to drive back & forth to Colorado Springs due to 12 hour days. Great breakfast with make your own waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, etc. Fee wireless + Popcorn & coffee in the room. Excellent value at a great location. This hotel was within walking distance from a trade show I attended at the nearby Marriott, and at less than half the price I was thrilled with my choice. There are a few less amenities than the more expensive surrounding hotels, (such as the lack of a full restaurant) but the room was clean and quiet, the bed was […] comfortable, and the wifi was free. (up to $12.95/day at some pricier nearby options) Plus, the room came with a free hot breakfast which saved me even more money. Most of all though, the service was top notch. All the employees I encountered were friendly, attentive, and helpful. My only negatives are fairly nitpicky. Some parts of the hotel feel a little old, (but never ratty or deteriorated) and the visual appearance of the room wasn't the greatest. The location is convenient. Some companies, restaurants are in walking distance. Shopping mall is not very far. The room is quite. We stayed only for one night as we had a function at a nearby "more expensive and better rated hotel". We were very pleased with everything!! The hotel that the function we were to attend charged for parking and offered no breakfast. The bed was comfortable beyond words and the kitchen was far above a kitchenette. I stayed at the hotel with my son June 2011. It is a clean, well kept hotel in a nice neighborhood close to the Denver Tech Center. We had a small suite. The room was a little small but still comfortable for the most part. Amenities included a small kitchen which was nice. Bathroom area was clean and a little bigger/better than your usual Super 8 motel. […] Free WiFi. The only thing that wasn't up to spec was the second bed for my son. It was a fold out couch which, if he had used it, would have taken up the whole living area. He decided to sleep on the couch as a couch. I would have liked him to sleep on a bed since I paid for it. Also, the master bedroom was small. I had to squeeze between the end of the bed and the TV/amour to get to the other side of bed. Overall a nice hotel. 4/5. An aside: Don't order from the local Dominoes Pizza. Bad pizza. You can do much better. Read more

We stayed here for five days in May. I was able to check in early (around noon), which made things so much easier. The king bed suite was actually a one bedroom suite. It had a nice sized kitchen, a sitting area with a sofa and TV, a separate bedroom (with doors), a sink area, and a separate toilet/shower room. The room was clean and the bedding and […] bed were comfortable. The staff at the front desk was very friendly. They had evening "manager receptions" during the week with free food that was quite good and substantial enough, if you wanted it to be, to serve as a meal, along with free beer and wine. The breakfasts each day were better than expected and quite good. They served hot food (eggs, potatos, meat), make your own waffles, cereals, yogurts, muffins, pastries, good coffee and had a nice, clean dining room in which to eat it in. At other times you could stop and have a cup of tea or a cup of coffee. The hotel was within walking distance of a number of restaurants--Panera Bread is right next door. The grocery store is about 3 or 4 blocks away. I have stayed in a number of hotels over the past few years for work and pleasure, including a number in the Denver area. For the price, this was exceptional. I would definitely stay here again. Read more

Great Staff, free wireless internet, and a hot breakfast. It was all good. But it is a puzzle to find it. There is no sign on Ulster street. Turn into the shopping center with big Pandera restaurant, and suddenly the Hampton Inn is visibile. It was worth the search.

Nice place to stay but lots of mechanical noise. Guests were quiet but the noise from roof (?) was so loud we thought the next room has left their exhaust fan on for 2 hours. In the hall I could not locate the sound except it seemed to be from above. The desk moved us to a room on the same top floor but on the south wing. Much quieter. The person at […] night seemed to be unaware of any problem but the next morning the desk person said when he first started working there he was surprised by the amount of noise. Hotel was convenient. The room was outdated but clean. I was there for 2 weeks and the room was tidied up every day which was nice. The TV sets were outdated along with the furniture. It worked for me for business but I would choose different if it was with my family.

The staff was very helpful. The room was well laid out and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great, there was plenty of seating available. The only complaint I have is that the glass on the fireplace in the room was dirty and I couldnt see the fire, but really was not a big deal. I will definitely stay here again when I return.

We checked in at 3:00 pm and then went to the Nuggets game. Got back to the room about 12:00 midnight. Both our keys would not open the door to our room. We walked back to the front desk ( very long walk) and got less than a warm welcome by the night manager. He accused us of screwing up the keys. He gave us two new keys. We walked all the way back […] to the room and theses keys also did not work. We walked all the way back to the front desk and the manager was obviously not happy with the issue. He made two more keys and walk up to the room with us. His new keys did not work. His master pass card also did not work. By this time it was 1:00 am. He started to walk away and I asked him what was up. He said in the less than pleasent way, "you need to sit in this room until I can get you in yours". We waited in the room across the hall for 45 minutes without a call. I then called down to the front desk and he said that he had called the maintenance man and he would hopefully be here soon. I said I needed to take my medications which were locked in the room. Maintenance man finally arrived and we were able to get our luggange and meds about 3:00 am. The next day we also need to change rooms as the phone wasn't working and the shower would not turn off. We ended up in 4 different rooms.....Not recommended by me or my wife....THANKS HUGH Read more

It was excellent. We arrived in the late evening and it was hard to see the sign from the road, but easy once we found it. The staff was courteous, the rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would reccommend this hotel to anyone, and would stay there again.
