When we walked in, one of the front desk clerks was leaving. She saw us, then went back to the desk to check us in. We were very pleased with the excellent service. "Too Much Pool Time"
This hotel was comfortable, clean, and overall very nice. Would definately stay here again. However, the pool hours went way past 10:00 pm. Our room was located right off of the pool area and it was very hard to ignore the noise and get to sleep. The staff was great and the manager's special was all it was touted to be. The ability to socialize with other guests was fun and an added pleasure. BUT..... my room reeked of smoke even though things were supposed to be non smoking. It was so bad my eyes swelled over night and my personal belongings were infused to the point that I had to find a cleaners […] for my clothing and shoes the next day and I left all my toiletries in the room. The area it is located in is currently under construction, and it is in a commercial/industrial section of town, that being said, the hotel room couldn't have been more quiet.
