"no one minding the ranch"
There was no staff at the desk. A couple customers were waiting at the desk for more than 5 minutes with no one there. The parking gate didn't work (and there was no staff around to help) The hotel overall was filthy.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Close to the Airport"
We did like the closeness to the airport, although the hotel looks good from the outside, inside it is dingy. Our bed had several hairs on the sheets, but otherwise was ok. "A good choice, but not 3 stars"
Hopefully the water situation will be resolved soon, as during a 5 minute shower, the water went from all hot to all cold at least a dozen times. Also, the toiletries consist of one bottle os shampoo and a small and a slightly larger bar of soap. The breakfast has a selection of other than just high carb foods. The afternoon break also has a selection […] of non all high carb snacks. These both were pleasant when there were no children around picking through the foods with their fingers, not using the tongs. The parents seems to have lesser good behavior than their children. "Kids running everywhere"
We specifically chose this hotel because of the indoor pool and hot tub. We were never able to use them because there were very many rowdy kids in the pool area even at 10pm. The Drury Inn should have an adults only time in the evening or something.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"I want to know that my bed has clean sheets"
