This hotel is a true gem and superb in every way. Staff including doormen, waitresses, front desk, and room attendants provided wonderful service. We... were traveling with a small dog and there were 2 parks on each corner across the street. Street parking is free from Friday evening until 9am Monday morning. Don't know why people have rated this hotel so poorly. Rooms are great with a large patio and huge walkin closet. Biggest bathrooms I've ever seen in a hotel. Alarm clocks were iPhone docking stations to listen to music. Overall, it was a pleasure staying and I would again. So close to everything.

not really pleased. upon arrival, my king suite reservation was 'upgraded' to what turned out to be a queen suite. the website stated that pets were welcome(with a fee, which was fine). when one of our group called about details she was told that pets 30 lbs and under were accepted. both of my dogs are over 30 lbs, so i got to spend monday scambling […] to find a sitter for the animals, instead of getting to the hotel and enjoying the stay. Stayed for two nights, Got put in the wrong room but didn't realize it until we were checking out (partly my fault) our room was directly above a AC unit and was very noisy and our view was of a parking lot even though they didn't appear to be very busy. A lot of items in mini bar were expired and our curtains had some sort of brown stains/spots on […] them. Majority of the staff was rude. The room was perfect, the location was right between downtown and the capital hill neighborhood, and the staff was very friendly. I stayed at its junior suite, and may was wonderful. The hotel is clean, pretty, but the most impressive thing of all is the service. You can take its free shuttle bus to anywhere within 2 mile. Since its location is pretty close to downtown Denver, about three blocks away from the 16th Mall Street, you can visit most important attractions or bus station […] by taking free shuttle, which is very convenient for people who do not rent a car.
