So, we were supposedly were on a "non smoking" floor, but as soon as we stepped off of the elevator, the smell of cigarette smoke and what might have been mildew, took my breath away! And it was the same with the room. It only got worse when I laid on one of the beds, and kept smelling urine. The other bed had blankets with holes from cigarette burns. […] The room had not been cleaned well; we found an old battery, a pen, and bits of paper and wrappers on the floor. Based on the price we expected this place to be rundown. It was way past rundown. The hallways are filthy with splashes of muck on the walls, exposed wires, blackened carpet and weird smells. The rooms itself was cleanish. The remote didn't actually operate the TV. The bathroom sink only had scalding hot water. If you turned the water knob on the wall, […] the cold water would work, but then the faucet wouldn't turn off. The continental breakfast was basic, but appreciated. We normally don't pay much attention to our hotel as we don't do anything but sleep there. This one was particularly bad, though, and we wouldn't choose to stay again. Towels were stinky. It's right off the freeway but tricky to get to. You have to turn on sand creek then back onto qubec. Our first room had a broken bed frame so they put us in a different room. First night someone pulled fire alarm at 3:30 am. 2 firetrucks came and we were back in the room after about 20 minutes. HUGE LESSON though. Hotel looked old and requires teardown & rennovation immediately. Located convinently beside freeway , breakfast is just ok. Bathrooms and overall hotel cleaniness is below par. DL was scanned & printout kept, not sure if this is a general policy or some thing ? This wasn't specified or informed prior.

We chose this place because we thought it had an equipped kitchen and we could save money on meals. There was a frig/freezer, microwave, stove, toaster and coffeepot. Although this Hotel is older, the room was comfortable, good value, nice continental breakfast, friendly staff, and location was good. Forgot to add that the pool was great. The only negative was no access to a luggage cart.

No AC in halls, very run down, smells awful, the toile ran all night long. the only thing that was decent was the pool. But that was even over filled... The 3 feet was at least 4 feet deep.

We got this hotel at a good price, but it is old and rather dirty. The first room we got had hair on the beds and bathroom. We complained and got a better room. The hotel smells bad also. We did get a good sleep, but it was a very disappointing stay. It is being renovated, so hopefully it will get better, but I'll be staying away.

I have stayed in several motels with a kitchenette, but this is the ONLY one I have ever stayed at that didn't have ANY POTS< PANS or DISHES of any type! I had to go to Walmart (only a mile up the road) to buy stuff so I could utilize the kitchenette. Overall this hotel suited my needs. I was looking for a fairly low priced rate per night since I was booking multiple rooms and I was looking for someplace close to downtown Denver. The hotel staff were very friendly and eager to help and pets were allowed which was a necessity for me. The room had been freshly cleaned and was quite enjoyable, however […] when I attempted to get back into my room after stepping out to grab my luggage, my card would not re-open the door. After going to the front desk three times and having my card re-activated, the hotel manager came up to the room and discovered the actual lock on the door had broken. I had to switch rooms and the second room I was put in was the complete opposite from the first. The room was supposed to have been non-smoking, however it was pretty obvious from the smell that this was not true. It had a damp, musty, smell and I was unable to air out the room as the windows were bolted shut. In the bathroom the sink faucet was missing the cold water handle, and the shower had mold in the cracks. I wore my flip flops when I showered in fear of catching something from the bottom of the tub. I can't really complain too much about the room considering the saying, "you get what you paid for". I've stayed in hotel rooms dirtier than this. The room could have been nicer but at the same time it could have been a lot worse. Read more

The room I cheked was not clean. The sheets has a hair in them. Wake in the middle of the night with itchy skin. There was a shirt left in the room that belongs to someone else. The Hotel stuff are courteous and professional. They need to make an effort to better clean the rooms.

First it was a smoker room, but we booked a no smooker room. Than was the Matress wet. We don't know what for liquid it was. There give us a Suite but the whole time we was not sure that we have to change the room again. kitchen area is greasy, bathtub water not runnig down the drain, frontdoor key card not working and the front door cannot lock., glass chips from the ceiling all over the corner of elevator floor, told the front desk, they just reply OK and no further action. Totally disappointed.

Price was cheap but ok for the money. The carpet is soiled, dity, and worn. Lower level stinks from smoke you might be afraid to touch anything in the halls. The room on the other hand was comfortable and clean to the extent they can. Carpet was dirty but bearable. I would spend $20.00 more to have an upgraded place.

The bathroom floor was so dirty my sox turned black. The bed covers had stains from previous tenants meals. Bags and bags of garbage were left in the hallways. Non smoking room clearly had previously been used as a smoking room.
