The Curtis - a Doubletree Hotel is located in central downtown Denver, Colo., directly across the street from the Denver Performing Arts Complex. The Colorado Convention Center is one block from the hotel. Sixteenth Street Mall is two blocks away. Pepsi Center and Coors Field are one mile from the hotel.

Contemporary oak-paneled walls and modern lighting decorate the hotel's lobby, which includes a café, lounge and sitting area with television. The hotel's signature restaurant, Corner Office Restaurant and Martini Bar, serves contemporary American and regional cuisine. A Starbucks is onsite. Meeting and event space is available in the hotel's 20,000-square-foot conference center. Complimentary wireless Internet access is offered throughout the property. Parking is available nearby (surcharge) and valet parking will be available until mid-summer 2013.

"Great Location"
We went to Denver to attend a Rockies game. we could walk from our hotel 2 blocks to a free shuttle and then a few more blocks at the end of the shuttle and we were at Coors field. Could not have been easier. Hotel is perfect, my 19 year old daughter said "this hotel is so trendy and hip" and this was a huge compliment!! So many restaurants all around […] the area. Pros: Only $20/night to park--cheapest we found in immediate area. Warm cookies upon arrival. Comfortable rooms and neat concept. I didn't try it, but supposedly if you ask the front desk clerk to play rock, paper, scissors with you, they must oblige. Not a deal breaker by any means, but kinda fun at any rate. Cons: There was no fridge/microwave in […] our room. If Best Western can accomplish the feat of these added amenities, I kind of expect a Hilton byproduct to be able to do the same... Breakfast is available in the restaurant downstairs but is not included in the price, and the food was really only so-so--other than the breakfast potatoes, which were Amazing. The location of the hotel is excellent being only 2 blocks from 16th Ave shopping mall and adjacent to the convention centre and centre for performing arts. Also close to numerous restaurants on 16th Ave and the free shuttle bus along 16th Ave also good for getting around. However our room was not made up and when we notified the desk, they couldn't even be bothered to apologise.
